This video by Chene will show merchants and Sales Representatives (ISO) you How to Easily Change the Date and Time in a Dejavoo Z8 Desktop Terminal. Often merchants have issues with batch time on their terminal primarily related to those that follow Day Light Savings Time. Step by Step Instructions for the Dejavoo Z8:

1.) Press the GREEN enter key

2.) Press the down arrow key 3 times, highlighting the option for utility. Press the GREEN enter key.

3.) Enter the default managerial password 1234 and press the GREEN enter key.

4.) Select settings by pressing the GREEN enter key

5.) Select Date & Time by pressing the GREEN enter key. You will be prompted to enter the date. Do so by entering the 2 digit month, 2 digit day, and 2 digit year. Press GREEN enter key.

6.) The next screen is where you’ll enter the time. It is always best to enter the time in military format to ensure you are entering the correct time.

7.) You will be directed back to the settings menu of the Dejavoo Z8. Press the RED X key until you return to the start screen. The correct date/time should now be displayed on the screen.
