Anthony Dominguez

Anthony Dominguez is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AMP Payment Systems. Since founding AMP in 2017, he has built the company around a mission to create a 360-degree organization that supports business owners and payment professionals throughout their growth journey.

With nearly two decades in payments, Anthony entered the industry in 2008 after his time at Arizona State. He has built and scaled multiple organizations, including Echelon Merchant Services and AMP Payment Systems, and has developed a reputation as a strategic, hands-on, relationship-driven entrepreneur.

Anthony focuses on building businesses, developing people, identifying market opportunities, recruiting talent, and implementing strategies that move organizations beyond traditional limits. He believes leadership requires visibility, accessibility, and a willingness to contribute directly—whether at trade shows, merchant events, in the field with agents, or alongside business owners.

At AMP, Anthony has developed an ecosystem spanning payment processing, point-of-sale technology, software solutions, business funding, agent resources, and operational support. His vision is to help merchants, ISOs, and agents grow while reducing the challenges that often accompany scale.

Anthony is motivated by helping people achieve goals they once considered out of reach. His philosophy recognizes that entrepreneurship and success are rarely linear; perseverance, adaptability, and learning from setbacks are central to sustained progress.

Outside of business, Anthony values family, travel, snowboarding, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, personal development, audiobooks, intense workouts, and supporting the Phoenix Suns as a longtime season-ticket holder. He is a proud ASU Sun Devil and father of two.
