Adapted from the AMP Payment Systems legacy Privacy Policy, last edited January 28, 2026. Claims that could not be verified for this platform were removed or qualified.
1. Scope and important notice
This adapted Privacy Policy explains how AMP Payment Systems collects, uses, stores, and shares information through this website, its lead and support forms, preliminary merchant application, private document-upload flow, appointment links, and related administrative customer-relationship tools.
This website is intended for business users in the United States. A separate provider agreement or privacy notice may govern services delivered by a processor, bank, financing provider, payroll provider, point-of-sale vendor, or other third party.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including name, business email, phone number, business name and type, website, business mailing or street address, industry, approximate processing volume, average ticket, sales channels, current provider, request details, support correspondence, consent records, and similar business-contact information.
If you use a private upload flow, we may receive the file, file name, type, size, storage reference, and information contained in the document. Please redact full account numbers, tax identifiers, cardholder data, passwords, and other information not needed for the requested review.
We do not use this website to collect cardholder payment data. The preliminary merchant application intentionally disables direct collection of Social Security numbers, full tax IDs, bank account numbers, and routing numbers. If sensitive underwriting information is later required, it must be collected through a separately approved secure process.
- Form, application, support, newsletter, survey, review, or other information you voluntarily submit.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser or device type, request time, pages requested, referrer, and security or error logs.
- Attribution data stored in local storage, including landing page, referrer, and campaign identifiers such as UTM, gclid, fbclid, or msclkid values.
- Administrative records such as lead status, assignments, notes, tasks, communications, appointment details, and application status history.
3. When we collect information
We collect information when you complete or save a form, request support, submit a preliminary merchant application, upload a document, subscribe to optional marketing, schedule through a linked booking service, communicate with us, or otherwise provide information. Technical, security, preference, and attribution information may be collected when you visit or interact with the site.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize the requested experience, respond to inquiries and support needs, review merchant-service needs, save and resume preliminary applications, arrange follow-up, administer the CRM, maintain records, improve content and services, request feedback or reviews, prevent abuse, secure and troubleshoot the platform, comply with law, and enforce applicable terms.
We may combine first-touch and last-touch attribution with a submitted inquiry to understand how the request reached us. We use optional analytics only after the visitor grants analytics consent, and form entries must not be sent to analytics.
5. Operational and optional marketing communications
Operational communications are messages needed to respond to a request, provide support, save or administer an application, deliver requested information, address security or service issues, or manage an existing business relationship. Depending on your request and the consent presented with a form, these communications may use phone, email, or text.
Optional marketing communications may include newsletters, product updates, and promotions. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. You may unsubscribe using a link in a marketing email or contact us to update your preferences. An unsubscribe from marketing does not prevent non-marketing communications that are necessary to service a request or relationship.
Where applicable, we aim to follow CAN-SPAM requirements, including accurate sender information and subject lines, appropriate identification and business contact information, and prompt handling of unsubscribe requests.
7. Service providers and configured integrations
We may disclose information to vendors acting for us where reasonably necessary to operate the platform, communicate, store data, protect forms, schedule appointments, or analyze consented usage. Depending on deployment configuration, these may include PostgreSQL hosting, private Amazon S3 storage, Resend email delivery, Twilio messaging, Cloudflare Turnstile abuse prevention, Microsoft Bookings, Clym privacy and accessibility controls, and consent-gated Google analytics services.
A provider is involved only when the corresponding feature is configured or used. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices, and AMP does not make promises on their behalf. A linked service may collect information directly from you.
8. Disclosure and sale of information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers, professional advisers, business partners involved in a service you request, or a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate restrictions and applicable law.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce policies or agreements, investigate fraud or abuse, protect rights, safety, property, and platform integrity, or respond to a lawful government request. Aggregated or de-identified information may be used or disclosed where it cannot reasonably identify you.
9. Third-party links and services
The site may link to processors, financing providers, payroll providers, point-of-sale vendors, Microsoft Bookings, or other third parties. Their products, websites, collection practices, and terms are separate from ours. Review the third party’s privacy notice before providing information. AMP is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
10. Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, private object storage when configured, short-lived signed file links, input validation, and security logging. No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to administer a request or relationship, preserve consent and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and maintain security. Retention varies by record type, configuration, and applicable requirements.
If a security incident occurs, we will investigate and provide notices as required by applicable law. This policy does not promise a fixed notification deadline.
11. Children’s privacy
The site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information through the site, contact us so we can review the request.
12. State privacy requests and choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or other use of personal information may apply. We do not invent or extend statutory rights where they do not apply. To submit a privacy request, use the contact page or the configured email or mailing address below and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding.
California’s online privacy law requires a conspicuous privacy policy describing relevant collection and sharing. This page is intended to provide that notice for this platform. Policy changes will be posted here with an updated date.
13. Fair information practices
We support reasonable transparency, security, access, correction, and redress principles consistent with applicable law. Questions or complaints may be submitted through the contact methods below, and you may have recourse through courts or government agencies where the law provides it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this adapted policy as the platform, integrations, or legal requirements change. The Last updated date identifies the current posted revision. Materially different uses may require additional notice or consent where applicable.
